- Please understand that all our products are handmade and even though we make every effort to create only the best, natural imperfections are what makes each piece unique
- There may be minor inconsistencies as each product may slightly differ from the next
- Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the colour of products may appear different on different monitors and we cannot guarantee that the product on your screen accurately portrays the true colourr of your product
Lost Delivery or Damaged product upon receiving
In case of any issues such as lost delivery or damaged product, please reach out to us so we can determine if the circumstances qualify for a replacement or refund.
